Technology Transfer

Princeton continues to make significant contributions to the advancement of science and technology working with industry, government entities, and the non-profit world. Pre-eminent faculty, outstanding research facilities, and a focus on successful research collaborations have enabled Princeton to bring many innovations to the marketplace.

Princeton innovations have spawned a number of successful start-up companies spanning a host of scientific areas such as: advanced photonic components for fiber optic networks; nanodevices and nanosystems for biomedical applications; disease pathophysiology for the discovery and validation of novel drug targets; photonic energy conversion devices; hyperpolarization imaging technology; and flat panel displays, lasers, and light generating devices.
